Job summary

Affirm, a remote-first fintech company, seeks a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product. This role scales the product leadership function by anchoring strategic bets, owning external narratives, and enabling faster decision-making.

You will design leadership rhythms and partner across HR, Finance, and Technology Operations to drive roadmap planning and OKRs. You’ll co-own hiring, calibrations, and talent reviews, surface risks, and shepherd governance for AI retooling and leadership comms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership roles shaping product strategy or serving as CoS to a senior exec.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the product leadership team rhythms: meetings, reviews, all-hands, offsites.
• Co-own hiring, calibrations, performance reviews, and talent planning with HRBP.
• Partner with Technology Operations to align roadmaps, prioritization, OKRs, and progress.
• Own headcount planning and budget management with Finance and HR partners.
