Turbo AI is seeking a Chief of Staff in New York to act as the glue across hiring, growth, product analytics, events, and cross‑functional coordination. The role offers substantial autonomy in deciding what matters and driving initiatives with a fast‑moving team.

You’ll engage with creators, manage communications, and work closely with legal and accounting to keep operations efficient while delivering measurable impact.

Turbo AI is an AI education company with over 12 million users in less than 2 years. You upload your materials, we turn them into bite-sized lessons that make learning fast and actually fun.

We're hiring a Chief of Staff: you'd be the glue. There's a long list of things that fall between people at a company moving this fast, and right now most of them just fall on the floor. We've needed someone to own them for a while.

Example Responsibilities:

• Running interviews with people we're thinking about hiring

• Working with creators and helping with growth strategy. Our main growth channel is all organic UGC, with hundreds of creators on TikTok and Instagram

• Digging into product analytics to figure out what's actually happening

• Planning and hosting events at our New York office

• Interfacing with legal and accounting

• Talking to customers about what's good, what's bad, what's missing

• A steady stream of things nobody predicted on Monday

What we're looking for:

• A US undergrad degree

• Authorized to work in the US

• Genuinely strong communication — a lot of this job is talking to people and writing things down clearly

• Comfortable working with AI tools

Strongly valued:

• Experience working with creators or in marketing

• You have a good eye for design

• You've used AI coding tools before

Compensation and benefits:

• - $105k - $140k cash + competitive equity
