JotPsych in New York is seeking a versatile, mid-career operator who will tackle whatever the company needs most each week. You’ll build high-trust, high-stakes processes, use AI with judgment, and craft systems that scale across marketing, sales, analytics, product, and partnerships.

You’ll own end-to-end problems, ensure craft over output, and grow into the executive seat that fits your strengths. This is a full-time NYC office role.

Qualifications

• A systems thinker who can break messy problems into parts with clear interfaces.
• Technically adventurous and capable of building scripts or prototypes.
• Self-motivated, able to work without micro-management.
• Polished in high-stakes conversations with customers or partners.
• Dogged attention to detail and willingness to own critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Real examples of the shape of the work: map attribution, tracking and customer journey.
• Design changes to move clinics toward everyday use in their first two weeks.
• Map onboarding funnel to first prescription and define the next backlog item.
• Choose the most promising channel, run an experiment, and report value at scale.
