Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Chief of Staff to the EVP CRO to drive top priorities and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives. The role requires high emotional intelligence, strong operations acumen, and executive presence to influence outcomes and maintain tight execution discipline.

You will partner with the EVP and EA, manage calendars, briefs for meetings, and advance the V2MOM strategy while ensuring timely information flow and transparent communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable administrative experience in a global software/technology setting.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to manage virtual meetings using tools like GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar.
• Excellent relationship management and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the EVP of the CRO organization to set and drive top priorities.
• Build strategic relationships across teams to ensure offerings meet core business needs.
• Coordinate and brief the EVP for internal and external activities.
• Drive the business strategy (e.g., V2MOM) and track progress.
• Oversee EVP priorities, escalate and resolve issues with leadership and partners.
• Create an operating rhythm for the Office of the EVP and improve productivity and focus.
• Represent the EVP in key meetings and industry events.
