Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of people-management or team-leadership experience.
• Experience defining KPIs, benefits realization and executive reporting.

• Design, lead and govern the transformation portfolio's performance framework.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and capital management for transformation initiatives.
• Prepare materials for investment reviews and executive forums.
