Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in an operational role at a fast-paced startup or venture fund.
• Experience coordinating across investors, portfolio companies, and internal teams.
• Strong communication and ability to push back with conviction and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead fund operations, fundraising processes, and investor relations activities.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and internal operating systems.
• Manage internal operations team and external partners (CFO, tax, audit, payroll).
• Spearhead community-building, events, and founder programs to support portfolio.
• Support investment decisions via portfolio modeling and due diligence processes.
• Contribute to incubations and NewCo formations, including governance and setup.
