RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Director of Operational Excellence to partner with XPM leadership and key stakeholders to enhance execution, organizational effectiveness, and strategic priority delivery. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, implement scalable operating models, and drive sustainable business performance.

The role emphasizes practical transformation, governance, and digital enablement to improve how work gets done, with a focus on coaching teams and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, or a related discipline
• MBA or other advanced business or technical degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, business transformation, or related roles
• Experience designing and implementing operating models, governance frameworks, and scalable execution

Responsibilities

• Partner with XPM leadership and key stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve execution and business performance
• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives translating priorities into practical capabilities and measurable outcomes
• Drive cross-functional alignment and improve collaboration across organizations
• Design and implement scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and decision-making processes
• Coach, mentor, and develop Operational Excellence team members to strengthen capabilities
