Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to provide enterprise-wide leadership for field clinical operations across assigned states and regions. You will standardize playbooks, KPI discipline, staffing, and discharge management while aligning with enterprise transformation priorities.

The role requires an enterprise leader capable of resolving conflicts, aligning stakeholders, and delivering outcomes in clinical care, workforce, and financial performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of eight years of progressive operations leadership experience in multi-site healthcare or human services.
• Minimum of three years leading leaders (multi-site).
• Experience standardizing or scaling operating playbooks, KPI reporting, leadership routines, and change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Provides enterprise-wide leadership for field clinical operations.
• Leads Directors and centers to adopt operating rhythms, workflows, KPI routines, and documentation standards.
• Owns enterprise-wide standardization of clinical operations playbooks and governance.
• Directs center playbook rollout, prioritizing deployment based on FTE gaps and center readiness.
• Accountable for KPI cascade, variance analysis, and corrective actions with Directors.
• Partners with enterprise leaders on readiness, change management, training, and adoption of clinical service deployments.
• Reviews and approves regional financial plans and escalates variances.
• Maintains field operating cadence with weekly KPI reviews and issue escalation.
• Develops stakeholder engagement plans for clinical operations changes across centers.
• Coordinates labor utilization, capacity management, and resource placement.
• Escalates regulatory, compliance, documentation, and medical necessity issues across boundaries.
• Represents field operations in enterprise planning and new market initiatives.
• Collaborates to connect clinical operations changes to patient access, care quality, and workforce stability.
• Oversees workforce strategy including hiring priorities and credentialing readiness.
