Hopebridge seeks an Executive Chief Clinical Officer to lead the clinical function across sites. You will set long-term clinical strategy, drive enterprise growth, and ensure patient safety and clinical integrity while partnering with HR and operations.

You will oversee clinical leadership, define competencies, curricula, and professional practice; build an integrated multidisciplinary care model; govern quality, safety, and outcomes; and represent the organization to payers and regulators.

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level clinical leadership with expertise in autism, neurodevelopmental conditions, pediatric behavioral health, or related fields.
• Executive leadership experience in healthcare organizations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary care models and governance initiatives.
