Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or related fields.
• 5+ years of executive or senior leadership overseeing enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic planning and transformation programs.
• Strong financial acumen including business case development and ROI assessments.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
• Head large-scale programs to improve efficiency and experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, cut costs, and increase scalability.
• Serve as executive sponsor for high-priority initiatives.
• Foster continuous improvement and accountability across the organization.
