Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Head of Commercial Analytics and Insights to lead a centralized team delivering insights, analytics, data science, market research, and forecasting for the U.S. Business Unit.

You will define vision, operating model, and talent strategy, partnering with franchise leaders to drive strategic decisions and performance. In this senior role, you will recruit and retain top analytics talent, build centers of excellence, and advance AI-enabled insights,

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in business or related discipline required or preferred.
Advanced degree (MBA/MPH/PharmD/PhD) preferred.
Fifteen+ years in pharma/biotech with 5–7 years in senior analytics leadership.
Biopharmaceutical commercial capabilities at leadership level required.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership.
Strong data-driven decision making and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the vision, operating model, and priorities for the Commercial Analytics and Insights organization.
Lead market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, reporting, data science, and forecasting.
Build and lead data science and market forecasting teams to inform strategy and planning.
Partner with Finance to optimize quarterly latest-estimate process for net sales guidance.
Develop cross-functional partnerships and drive AI-enabled insights adoption.
Communicate insights clearly to senior leadership using impactful presentations.
