Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Director of Coastal Engineering and Waterfronts to lead the firm’s waterfronts and coastal practice. This executive role defines vision, drives markets, and guides multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, resilient waterfront solutions.

The position requires senior leadership with a strong technical portfolio, regulatory acumen, and a track record in revenue growth within coastal engineering.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in waterfront, coastal, or marine engineering with leadership.
• PE license required; other credentials (e.g., D.PE, PMP, CFM) desirable.
• Proven success leading practice groups, and growing revenue.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plan for Waterfronts Practice.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, revenue forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
• Provide senior technical oversight on coastal and waterfront projects.
• Drive client relationships, market expansion, and new business.
• Mentor teams and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration.
