Midi Health is seeking a clinical leader to shape the future of women's healthcare. The role blends deep clinical expertise with an innovative, builder’s mindset to scale care in a rapidly growing digital health company.

This is a non-patient-facing leadership position with direct impact on care delivery nationwide. You will oversee clinical protocols, content reviews, and collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

Competenze

• Internal Medicine Physician
• Active, unrestricted, unencumbered MD or DO license
• Board certification in Internal Medicine
• Substantial clinical experience and demonstrated medical leadership.
• Leadership experience within a healthcare organization, ideally in a high-growth healthcare startup, digital health company, or innovative care delivery organization.
• Significant expertise in menopause management and women's health.
• Strong working knowledge of medication-assisted weight management, including GLP-1 therapies.

Mansioni

• Lead clinical protocol development & innovation; own and lead Midi's clinical protocol development, review, and approval processes.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to design, expand, and optimize Midi's care model; identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies.
• Own clinical oversight of marketing & medical content; design scalable clinical review processes for materials and content.
• Build and manage an efficient review structure, including committees and contracted reviewers.

Formazione

MD/DO license and Board certification in Internal Medicine
