Midi Health seeks a clinical leader to shape women’s care at scale. You’ll drive protocol development and partner with Product & Engineering to implement AI-enabled workflows.

This role is non-patient-facing, nationwide, and highly influential in directing Midi’s clinical content and standards of care. The ideal candidate has deep internal medicine expertise, menopause-focused leadership, and a builder’s mindset to grow a rapidly expanding healthcare company.

Competenze

• Internal Medicine physician with active license and board certification
• Substantial clinical leadership experience in high-growth healthcare settings
• Experience evaluating literature and translating evidence into clinical guidance
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, or marketing teams
• Comfort with AI-enabled workflows and digital health platforms

Mansioni

• Lead clinical protocol development, review, and approval processes
• Manage a multidisciplinary committee translating research into actionable protocols
• Evaluate new literature and innovations to expand Midi's care
• Partner with Product & Engineering to design scalable care delivery
• Oversee clinical content review for marketing and education materials
• Build scalable review structures and external clinical reviewing resources
