The role requires a Registered Nurse license, 3–5 years of CNO experience, and a Master’s degree (MSN or MHA). Strong leadership, budget oversight, and accreditation readiness are essential.

Qualifications

Licensed Registered Nurse with current state license.
Minimum 3–5 years of CNO experience in an investor-owned healthcare organization.
Prior experience with Joint Commission preparation and survey processes.

Responsibilities

Ensure continuous and timely nursing services across the facility.
Direct nursing standards, policies, and procedures in line with laws and accreditation.
Lead nursing service Performance Improvement activities and hospital leadership functions.
Collaborate with leaders to design patient care and staffing plans.
Develop, present, and manage the nursing services budget.
