LifePoint Health is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to oversee Rutherford Regional Health System in Rutherfordton, NC. The CNO will direct nursing services, lead performance improvement, and collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure top-quality patient care with adequate staffing and budgeting.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree (MSN or MHA) required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of CNO experience in an investor-owned healthcare organization.
• Experience with Joint Commission preparation and survey processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing services across the facility in line with hospital policies.
• Direct nursing standards, practices, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead Nursing Performance Improvement activities and participate in hospital leadership.
• Collaborate with hospital leaders to ensure adequate, qualified nursing staff and service delivery.
• Develop, present, and manage the nursing services budget and staffing plan.
• Organize and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure coverage and quality care.
• Recruit, interview, and hire nursing staff to meet patient needs.
• Support quality assurance and improvement through evaluation of services and records.
