Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Jacksonville seeks a seasoned nursing leader to join their full-time team. You will direct all nursing service activities for the facility and ensure adequate staff levels to provide quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida RN license, a Master's degree or progress toward one, and at least five years of clinical nursing experience with three years in management. BLS and ACLS are required; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Master's degree or progression toward a master's degree is required.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Three years of nursing management experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).

Responsibilities

• Direct all nursing service activities for the facility.
• Ensure adequate staff by determining staffing levels and ratios.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with PAM Health standards and accreditation.
• Maintain compliance with PAM Health system policies and standards.
