Qualifications include RN licensure in the state, BLS and ACLS, with BSN preferred; 2 years med-surg or rehab/management experience is valued. This on-site role supports our mission and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of residence (required).
• BSN preferred, not required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate patient care across nursing units.
• Provide staffing, monitor performance, and give feedback to staff.
• Make nursing administrative decisions in absence of the Chief Nursing Officer.
