Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing services with a focus on high-quality patient care and staff development.

In this role you will oversee staffing, policy implementation, and compliance with PAM Health standards, while guiding a team toward excellent patient outcomes in a demanding rehab setting. A Master’s degree and RN license are required, with 5+ years of clinical nursing and 3+ years in management expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state
• Master’s Degree or active progression toward a Master’s Degree
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience
• Three years of nursing management experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS required
• Certification in a specified field (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN) preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs all nursing service activities for the facility by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios
• Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards
