Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospitals of Miamisburg is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead nursing services at the facility. This role ensures optimal staff/patient ratios, policy implementation, and adherence to PAM Health standards to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license in Ohio, a Master’s Degree or progress toward one, and have five years of clinical nursing experience with three years in nursing management preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Master’s degree or progression toward a Master’s degree is required.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Three years of nursing management experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).

Responsibilities

• Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios.
• Maintains a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and accreditation standards.

• Regardless of degree (AD, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters) a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required and three years of experience in nursing management preferred.
