The Staff Pad is partnered with a reputed healthcare organization in Manchester, NH seeking a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to shape the future of nursing and elevate the quality of care. The CNO will oversee all Nursing Service employees and collaborate with the CEO to drive strategic goals.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license in the employment state and have 5+ years of nursing management experience at the director level, with experience in rural or small hospital settings.

As a key member of the leadership team, the CNO will oversee all aspects of nursing operations, ensure the highest standards of clinical quality and regulatory compliance, empower nursing teams to deliver safe, compassionate, resident-centered care, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Leadand oversee all Nursing Service employees
• Partnerwith the Chief Executive Officer, management, and medical staff to advancethe hospital’s mission, strategic plans, operational plans, and policies
• Overseethe clinical and administrative operations of Nursing Services
• Directnursing service planning, staffing, budgeting, operations, and performance
• Coordinateancillary services and departments to support facility goals
• Collaboratewith Finance and other departments to achieve organizational objectives
• Provideleadership oversight for other departments as assigned by the ChiefExecutive Officer

What We Are Looking For

Education, Experience and Licenses

• Active,unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
