LeoForce seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for nursing and clinical operations in a hospital setting. You will oversee Nursing, Education, Dialysis, Respiratory Therapy, and Clinical Dietitian services, while leading Nurse Managers and Supervisors to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will drive safety initiatives, clinical excellence programs, and regulatory readiness, partnering with the CEO and senior leadership to align nursing goals

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development efforts throughout the nursing organization
  • Participate in executive on-call responsibilities and organizational leadership initiatives
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive hospital performance and patient satisfaction outcomes
