Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer for a community hospital within a system. The role reports to the CEO and HR leader, focusing on staffing, patient care quality, and a positive culture. A sign-on bonus, incentive program, and full relocation support are offered.

BSN is required; MSN or enrollment in a Master’s program is preferred. Candidates need 3+ years ICU/CCU nursing and 3+ years in management, to drive educational initiatives for new graduates and re-entry

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or enrollment in a Master’s program preferred.
• 3+ years ICU/critical care nursing experience.
• 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CEO and HR leader to tackle problems and enhance staff and patient experience.
• Resolve staffing ratios and work with senior nursing staff to improve quality of care.
• Engage with regional leaders on staffing initiatives and lead educational programs for new graduates and re-entry nurses.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility to meet budgets and control costs while fostering a supportive culture.
