Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Doctoral degree (DNP, PhD, EdD, or DHA) preferred.
• Current RN license is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive nursing leadership and related experience.
• 3+ years leading enterprise-wide or multi-site clinical education/ workforce development initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate a system-wide nursing and clinical education strategy.
• Lead enterprise initiatives related to clinical competency and workforce development.
• Serve as strategic advisor to nursing leadership on education and development needs.
• Support achievement of nursing goals, quality outcomes, and workforce engagement.
• Oversee orientation, onboarding, residency, and transition-to-practice programs.
• Direct nursing leadership development and interdisciplinary education initiatives.
• Establish system-wide standards for clinical competency assessment and learning resources.
• Evaluate educational technologies and simulation programs.
