Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks a senior health services leader to plan, organize, and direct the clinical department in accordance with federal and state standards. You will oversee staff, ensure quality care, and manage budgets and grants.

Responsibilities include policy development, HIPAA compliance, and coordination with physicians and nurse practitioners to optimize patient care across satellite clinics.

Qualifications

• BSN license and extensive nursing leadership experience.
• Experience with EHR and Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff across satellite clinics and handle training.
• Manage lab activities, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day patient care and collaborate with COO/Medical Director.
• Develop and enforce clinical policies for the health center and ensure 340B compliance.
• Coordinate clinical services and budget planning with CFO.
• Lead the Clinical Quality Improvement program and 340B initiatives.
• Engage in community outreach and education on HIV/AIDS/STI care.
