Job summary

Northwest Medical Specialties is seeking a Clinical Director to lead strategic planning, development, and oversight of clinical departments across the organization. This role drives standardized, evidence-based practices and aligns objectives with executive goals to improve outcomes and patient experience.

In collaboration with the Medical Director, you will manage policies, staffing, quality initiatives, audits, and patient safety programs while fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Extensive knowledge of oncology practices and accreditations (QOPI, NCQA, ACHC).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills and sound judgment.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and compliance of clinical policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Oversee enterprise-level clinical operations and projects across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Medical Director and executives to align goals and drive improvement.
  • Manage staffing levels based on census, acuity, and budget.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for audits and accreditation reviews.
  • Mentor clinical leaders and staff and foster a culture of excellence.
