Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• Nursing supervision/administrative experience required.
• Knowledge of state/federal nursing regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing department to ensure high-quality care.
• Lead nursing staff and oversee infection control practices and continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and other leaders to ensure compliance and patient safety.
