Responsibilities

• Oversees daily nursing department operations and staffing 24/7 to ensure adequate coverage and quality care.
• Provides clinical direction, staff development, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
• Coordinates with medical staff and other departments to integrate nursing services and improve patient outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with health regulations and participates in quality improvement and corrective action plans.
• Performs duties as assigned including disaster response and COOP readiness.
