Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center in Farmington, MO seeks a Chief Nursing Executive to lead the Nursing Department, drive accreditation efforts, and align clinical practice with trauma-informed care and evidence-based standards.
Ideal candidate will have Missouri RN licensure, 3+ years in high-level nursing management within psychiatry, and a preferred Master’s in psychiatric/mental health nursing. Strong staffing, budgeting, and strategic leadership skills are essential.
