State of Missouri is seeking an LPN to join a forensic psychiatric unit in Farmington. You will routinely prepare and administer medications, document care, and monitor patient conditions to support recovery-oriented treatment.
You’ll teach living skills and symptom management while participating in crisis interventions to ensure safety. Applicants must hold a Missouri LPN license with 0–3 years of experience.
