Job summary

Aledade PBC, a public benefit corporation, seeks a National Medical Director to lead and develop a team of Medical Directors and Clinical Directors responsible for clinical strategy across the Enterprise book of business. You will own performance, grow capabilities, and coordinate resources to drive value-based care outcomes across contracts.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and alignment with the annual operating plan, with a remote-friendly culture and opportunities

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
• 2+ years managing physician or clinical leaders
• 2+ years direct clinical patient care experience
• 5+ years partnering with hospitals/health systems as medical director or clinical strategy lead
• Board certification in their specialty (ABFM, etc)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Medical Directors and Clinical Directors.
• Set priorities and allocate clinical resources across portfolios.
• Drive performance excellence and value-based outcomes.
• Develop and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the clinical voice in cross-functional workgroups and committees.
• Adapt to evolving organizational needs and take on additional leadership responsibilities.
