Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Regional Medical Director in Missouri to lead clinical engagement and drive performance improvements across assigned markets. You will partner with the Executive Director to advance value-based care, improve patient outcomes, and reduce costs.

Expect coaching of physicians, KPI analysis, and collaboration with field, tech, and product teams to scale initiatives. Remote-friendly culture with occasional travel to practices and participation in ACO Board discussions.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required with residency in adult primary care
• Experience as medical director or clinical strategy lead preferred
• Ability to influence without authority and drive change

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical engagement in assigned markets to drive performance in value-based care
• Use KPI metrics to identify improvement opportunities and guide field actions
• Conduct clinical engagement calls with physicians and staff to share best practices
• Provide coaching and mentorship to practices to optimize patient management
• Motivate physicians to achieve quality improvements and reduce utilization
• Participate in ACO Board Meetings and lead clinical discussions
• Coach Local/Operational Medical Directors and provide regional direction
• Support product strategy with clinical perspective and prioritization
• Identify opportunities for changes or new programs in ACOs
• Collaborate with field, tech, and product teams to drive improvements
• Share achievements with Medical Directors and assist regional recruitment
