Job summary

Ascension Milwaukee seeks a senior clinical leader to provide the organization’s clinical vision and oversee clinical activities and quality across the system. Located in Milwaukee, WI, this role is eligible for an annual bonus incentive and involves directing clinical direction and quality initiatives.

The role requires Physician MD/DO licensure in Wisconsin, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensure with Wisconsin Medical Examining Board before start date.
• Experience leading clinical direction and quality improvement initiatives is expected.

Responsibilities

• Leads and implements the clinical direction for the organization.
• Oversees monitoring, measurement and quality improvement of clinical care.
• Collaborates and leads implementation of operational plans.
• Develops and implements strategic goals related to quality improvement and management programs.
• Oversees residency programs and supports recruitment of graduates.
