Ascension is seeking a physician leader to provide the clinical vision for the organization and oversee clinical activities and quality across the organization.

The role focuses on leading and implementing the clinical direction, monitoring and improving quality, and developing strategic goals for quality programs, including residency program oversight. Milwaukee, WI is the location for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board.
• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and implements the clinical direction for the organization.
• Oversees the monitoring, measurement and quality improvement of clinical care.
• Collaborates, develops, and leads the implementation of operational plans.
• Develops and implements strategic goals related to the quality improvement and management programs.
• Oversees residency program(s) and maintains a competitive stance in recruiting graduates of the program.
