Job summary

Green Life Sciences seeks a Chief Medical Officer to guide the clinical strategy as the oncology asset moves from Phase II to Phase III. The role begins on a fractional basis (about 10 hours/week) with flexibility for investor meetings and aims to transition to full-time upon securing funding.

You will lead fundraising discussions, shape partnerships with big pharma, and direct the clinical development plan while representing the programme to investors and the oncology community.

Job Title: Chief Medical Officer (Fractional to Full-Time) - Solid Tumour Oncology

About the Company

Green Life Sciences is partnering with a clinical-stage oncology company that has completed a Phase II study in solid tumours and is now preparing to advance into Phase III. The data is strong, the Phase III plan is fully mapped out, and the company is preparing for its next capital raise.

It is also backed by strong relationships with leading academic institutions and specialist oncology groups. This is a rare chance to join at a point where the clinical risk has been meaningfully reduced and the value-creation opportunity is significant.

The Role

The company is looking for a Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical strategy through the move from Phase II to Phase III. The role starts on a fractional basis (around 10 hours per week, plus some flexibility for investor meetings) and is expected to become full-time once funding is secured.

You will work closely with the executive team to:

• Serve as the clinical and medical voice in fundraising, including investor meetings and due diligence.
• Help shape and build strategic partnerships with larger pharmaceutical companies.
• Guide clinical development strategy as the asset progresses into Phase III.
• Represent the clinical programme to investors, partners and the wider oncology community.

About You

• Extensive pharma or biotech industry experience in a senior medical or clinical development leadership role.
• A strong background in solid tumour oncology.
• Established relationships across the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with due diligence, licensing, partnerships or other corporate deals is highly desirable.
• Confident and personable, able to represent the company credibly to investors and partners.
