The ideal leader brings deep hematology expertise and proven drug-development experience in rare disease, along with the ability to guide early clinical strategy for differentiated precision medicines. You will help shape the company at a pivotal moment in the field as next-generation curative approaches move toward the clinic. The annual base salary range for this position is $409,275 - $553,725 USD. Actual pay rates are determined by multiple factors, including qualifications, the relevance of experience, education & credentials, subject-matter expertise, and internal parity.
