Job summary

MavenHealth Solutions is seeking a Chief Medical Officer for its Los Angeles FQHC with five clinical sites and an expanding continuum of care. You will lead clinical strategy, oversee ~25 direct reports, and participate in executive decision-making to advance quality, access, and sustainability.

The role blends administration and hands-on clinical practice (60% admin, 40% clinical) in a mission-driven culture that values collaboration, provider development, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO board-certified in a specialty relevant to clinic leadership.
• Leadership experience in FQHC or equivalent community health setting.
• Clinical practice experience within FQHC or similar setting (3–5 years).

• Oversee five clinic sites and ~25 direct reports.
• Lead clinical strategy to improve quality, access, and outcomes.
• Partner with executive team to shape growth and sustainability.
• Maintain hands-on clinical practice in a 40% clinical role.
