About The Role

We seek a dynamic, visionary, and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer. You will define and execute marketing strategies to accelerate growth and brand awareness in the competitive adtech industry. Leading a talented team, you will drive integrated campaigns and collaborate with product, sales, and data science teams to align with business goals. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and an inspirational leader with experience in both B2B and B2C marketing at scale.

Your Daily Impact
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, drive demand and revenue, and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Oversee brand management, messaging, visual identity, and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams on marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage data insights for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing strategies.
  • Lead growth and acquisition efforts through events, digital marketing, partnerships, and influencer engagement.
  • Enhance customer experience and retention programs.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Direct content strategy to generate leads and engagement.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI.
  • Develop relationships with industry influencers and media.
  • Manage marketing communications during crises, maintaining brand integrity.
Your Experience and Expertise
  • Minimum 15 years in marketing leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior role at a fast-growing tech or startup, preferably in adtech.
  • At least 10 years in product marketing.
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing within data-driven, SaaS, or location-based industries.
  • Experience scaling marketing teams and driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing, automation, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of location-based data technologies and geospatial intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, content, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage a large team.
  • Strategic yet hands-on with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Data-driven with a focus on ROI.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong presentation skills.
