Novify is partnering exclusively with a fast-growing startup with $20M in funding revolutionising crypto trading with innovative financial solutions. We are seeking a CMO to lead awareness, user acquisition, and retention efforts, building a world-class marketing function from the ground up.

You’ll craft creative campaigns, drive PR strategies, and represent the brand at conferences and media outlets, using crypto-specific tools to grow a vibrant user base. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with deep crypto marketing experience who thrives in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

What you’ll do:

• Design innovative marketing programs to boost brand awareness and attract users.
• Develop campaigns to drive user acquisition and enhance retention.
• Manage PR, including internal communications and collaboration with external agencies.
• Attend events and act as a public spokesperson via conferences, podcasts, and media.
• Build the marketing and PR function with crypto-focused tactics.

Who you are:

• Proven senior marketing experience in the crypto industry, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Skilled in crafting awareness and acquisition programs using crypto-specific tools.
• Strong communicator, comfortable as a public spokesperson across media channels.
