As the Chief Marketing Officer for ClinicMind, a cloud-based EHR (Electronic Health Records) and billing service platform company, you will develop comprehensive marketing strategies for two markets: practice owners and software and billing service resellers. Additionally, you will manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of these strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy, including campaigns, partnerships, and branding initiatives.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and email.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure its consistency across all marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and behavior, leveraging insights to develop effective marketing tactics.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitors, including their advertising, loyalty programs, technology, and market dynamics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Establish metrics and track performance of all marketing initiatives. Review ROI monthly/quarterly with the C-suite, communicate regularly with leadership, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the marketing budget and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay current on marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company's marketing strategy remains innovative.
Requirements:
- A STEM undergraduate degree; MBA in Marketing or Healthcare preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in HealthTech, BPO, RCM services, and franchise marketing or management across a global environment (USA, India, Philippines).
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and campaign measurement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
