About Tzkrti:
Tzkrti is an independent ticketing platform built by event organizers for event organizers. With over 20 years of experience behind it, the platform serves as a tool to connect and support the cultural and creative scenes—especially within Arabic-speaking communities across the world. Our mission is to build an ecosystem where events, artists, and organizers thrive through better infrastructure, visibility, and community support.As CMO, you’ll lead and build our entire marketing function. You’ll define our growth strategy, own our brand narrative, and drive audience acquisition, with the autonomy to shape your own team. This role is for someone ready to scale an early-stage platform into a globally recognized cultural-tech brand.
What You’ll Do:
Launch features, and markets with clear goals, targeting, and messaging.
Evolve and manage Tzkrti’s brand across all touchpoints. Bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to our story.
Build full-funnel marketing programs,including performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and CRM flows,to attract and retain users and event organizers.
Lead content marketing, social media, PR, and storytelling that resonates with both Arab and global audiences.
Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing marketing team (internal + external partners).
Act as the voice of the customer across product, UX, partnerships, and leadership. You’ll work closely with the CEO and tech lead.
Align with cultural institutions, festivals, and partners to co-create and promote joint initiatives.
Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively across various marketing channels. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports on marketing performance to the executive team. Use analytics to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
