About the Role:

We’re hiring a founding CMO to lead and define our entire market activation strategy. This is NOT a traditional marketing role — this is about:

• Creating new demand channels in fragmented real estate networks
• Building and activating investor and operator communities
• Leading brand, product marketing, and thought leadership
• Scaling marketing in parallel with revenue growth and platform adoption

Who You Are (Ideal Candidate):

We are seeking a business-first marketing leader who understands how to bridge technology and real estate or capital markets:

• Experience in both tech and real estate/financial services — or deep understanding of how tech platforms are marketed and adopted in real estate.
• Proven ability to build demand, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex or emerging products.
• Strength in product marketing, positioning, and revenue-focused marketing strategies.
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset — ready to create and lead from the ground up.
• Passion for modernizing real estate capital markets and working alongside an experienced founding team.

If you’ve marketed proptech, fintech, SaaS, or alternative investment products and understand operator and investor audiences — you’re exactly who we want to speak with.

You’ll work directly with the founders from day one to turn BitCense into the go-to infrastructure for modern real estate capital markets.

Compensation:

This is a founding role with equity + revenue share participation (no salary initially).

You will participate directly in company success — with founder-level equity, revenue share, and future salary tied to company growth milestones.
