DRMP, Inc. in Orlando is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to shape how we identify opportunities, build client relationships, and win work. You will align marketing, BD, market intelligence, and communications for profitable growth and lasting client relationships.

This role combines strategic influence with hands-on leadership. You will partner with firm leaders to decide where to compete, develop pursuit strategies, and coach technical professionals to convey value while strengthening DRMP’s

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading marketing, BD, or growth in technical professional services.
• Experience running a marketing or BD function at regional or unit level.
• Track record of improving pursuit outcomes and client growth.
• Strong RFQ/RFP, proposal development, and interview coaching skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and coach technical professionals.

Responsabilités

• Translate business goals into focused market, client, and growth plans.
• Track client capital plans, funding programs, procurement activity, and competitors.
• Guide go/no-go decisions with a clear view of client relationships and delivery capability.
• Lead strategy for major pursuits from positioning to RFQ/RFP responses.
• Coach technical leaders on client engagement, messaging, and rehearsal.
• Build and lead the marketing and business development teams.
