Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an enterprise leader to shape and execute market access strategy across its portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will drive payer strategy, pricing, contracting, and patient access to maximize formulary positioning and revenue.

In this senior role, you will build and lead the market access team, partner with Commercial, Medical, and Legal, and embed access considerations early in product development. Irvine-based with hybrid options.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical commercial experience including launch, payer, distribution, and patient services.
• Blockbuster or $1B+ brand experience with growth from launch to high revenue.
• Deep specialty pharma experience with payer/PBM contracting and patient access hub experience.
• Experience scaling an organization through rapid growth with senior-level payer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and execute market access strategy across the product portfolio.
• Lead formulary and reimbursement strategies and expand payer relationships.
• Own access-to-revenue, reduce prior authorization burden, improve approval rates.
• Develop differentiated payer value propositions with clinical and economic evidence.
• Lead integrated market access launch plans for new indications and assets.
• Guide cross-functional teams to align access with business goals.
