• Develop, implement, and execute market access strategy for TarsusRx across the product portfolio to drive broad, profitable patient access.
• Lead payer strategy, formulary and reimbursement efforts, and expand key payer relationships with national and regional payers and PBMs.
• Own the access-to-revenue processes, minimize payer friction, and optimize gross-to-net economics through strategic contracting and rebate management.
• Shape pricing, contracting, and GTN assumptions; negotiate innovative models while safeguarding brand economics.
• Engage in product strategy early to ensure access from development through launch; oversee patient services and distribution channel strategy.
• Collaborate with Business Development on diligence for licensing, acquisitions, and partnerships; lead integrated market access launch plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partner with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal to translate access strategy into measurable results.
