Zusammenfassung

Tarsus seeks an Enterprise Leader for Market Access to shape and execute our payer strategy across the portfolio, expanding patient access and driving sustainable growth. This role leads pricing, contracting, reimbursement, patient services, and cross-functional teams, embedding access in development and business development.

15+ years of pharma commercial experience required. Base pay ranges from $300k to $420k annually, with bonus and stock options; hybrid work options and Irvine-based

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
• 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical commercial experience, including launch experience, payer expertise, distribution and patient services (GTN oversight).
• Blockbuster or $1B+ brand experience with track record of growth from launch to $500M-$1B+ in annual revenue.
• Deep specialty pharmaceutical experience, with payer/PBM contracting expertise and patient access/hub experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and execute managed care payer strategy with broad access goals.
• Lead formulary and reimbursement strategies with HEOR evidence planning.
• Establish and expand payer relationships at national and regional levels.
• Own the access-to-revenue chain, reduce prior authorization burden, and improve approval rates.
• Build differentiated payer value propositions to secure optimal formulary positioning across benefits.
