Job summary

Citi in New York is seeking a Front Office Business Analyst and Product Manager for Fixed Income Technology at Vice President level. You will partner with business, operations, and application owners to guide end-to-end flow on lending transactions and lead product roadmaps with governance and automation initiatives.

The role requires 6–10 years of BA/analysis experience, strong planning and stakeholder skills, and the ability to coordinate QA/UAT across global regions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end flow for lending transactions and manage high-volume applications.
• Lead product roadmaps, governance, and automation initiatives.
• Document and validate detailed BRDs and guide QA and UAT across regions.
• Present project health updates to Senior Management and stakeholders.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with Citi policies and controls.
