Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience as a practicing lawyer.
• Experience in commercial contracting, litigation management and advising executive leadership.
• Experience with labor and employment, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and gaming is preferred.
• Experience using AI and other legal technology tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal legal advisor to the Board of Managers and executive leadership team.
• Oversee the Company's regulatory compliance framework across gaming, alcohol, employment, health and safety, privacy and AML.
• Manage the Company's litigation portfolio from inception through resolution and direct outside counsel.
• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including procurement, technology and licensing.
• Advise on corporate governance, board materials and records, and manage IP portfolio in coordination with outside counsel.
