Job summary

JACK Entertainment LLC seeks a seasoned Chief Legal Officer / VP of Legal to lead the company’s legal strategy from its home office in Cleveland, OH. This hands-on role reports to the executive team and works closely with the Board to align risk, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.

You will oversee gaming regulator interactions, contract negotiations, litigation, and corporate governance, ensuring timely guidance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive legal experience.
• Experience with gaming, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance preferred.
• Licensure to practice law in at least one U.S. state; Ohio bar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal legal advisor to the Board and executive team.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and licensing across gaming and related areas.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and acquisitions.
• Manage litigation portfolio and coordinate with outside counsel.
