Job summary

Arrow International in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Senior Compliance Counsel to lead charitable gaming regulatory and compliance activities. This role requires a licensed attorney with gaming law and compliance experience and is based at our Cleveland headquarters.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar membership in good standing.
• 10+ years in legal/compliance focused on gaming or a highly regulated industry.
• Experience managing gaming compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience drafting compliance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive charitable gaming compliance program for the company.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting functions; escalate issues to the CLO.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with state and local charitable gaming authorities.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters, including promotions and enforcement actions.
• Advise on legal implications of new products, launches, and market expansions.
• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of compliance professionals.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, technology, marketing on compliance-integrated strategies.
• Oversee compliance training for staff at all levels.
